I created my own hand-tied bouquet of roses for my recent wedding, and I have NO professional floral-design experience, which just proves how easy it is to create one of these if you can't afford a florist to perform the service for you. (Of course, a florist's talent allows him or her to create designs that a person like me can only imagine--designs that require detailed wiring, use of florist foam, delicate materials, exotic blossoms and varied textures, among other aspects. So always meet with a florist first to find out what she or he can do for you before you decide to do it yourself. You may discover they can offer something you never dreamed of, and it may be completely within your budget!
